Responsible for the efficient and effective running of a designated area. This will include the development and supervision of the care team ensuring a high standard of care is delivered to all clients. Effective implementation of client’s care & support plans, risk assessments and reviews.
Support the Clinical Lead Nurse and/or Senior Care Manager with implementation of UCC policies and procedures and package management such as Team Meetings, Quality Assurance and team support and mentoring.
